Rachel signed up to do the Zip the Cow zipline event for charity. As she got to the zipline the anouncer said "of all the people who've zipped so far, Rachel looks the most nervous". One of the Sue Ryder staff called Liv stayed with her at the top to help her.

After the zip line we walked back up the mountain Rachel had just come down from to admire the view, and then into the town of Ilkley for a sausage roll. On the way back to the car park we took the scenic route through the trees, cooked some pasta and headed home.

On the way home we stopped at The Crown Hotel pub for a drink.
